College Developement Council

During the year under report, as per the directions from the A.P. State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad the College Development Council, in collaboration with the Association of Kakatiya University Teachers (AKUT), has organized a one-day workshop on Status of Higher Education in the State and Future Challenges: Curriculum Reforms at UG & PG level on 18^th October, 2005 in the Senate Hall of Administrative Building. It was inaugurated by Prof. K.C. Reddy, Chairman, A.P. State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad. Prof. P. Jayaprakash Rao, Vice-Chairman, APSCHE, Sri Asutosh Mishra, Principal Secretary to Government of Andhra Pradesh (Higher Education Department) attended it. Prof. V. Gopal Reddy, Vice-Chancellor has presided over the inaugural function.

The deliberations of the workshop were sent to the A.P. State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad.

On 26^th October, 2005, a one-day workshop on Quality Assurance in Science Practicals at P.G. level to the teachers, who deal with science courses at P.G. level in the colleges under the jurisdiction of Kakatiya University was organized by the College Development Council.
