The Coaching Centre for the SC/ST Students for  NET of KU was established in 2005. It conducts Remedial Coaching Course for the SC/ST students to prepare for the National Eligibility Test (NET) in 18 disciplines. 50 students belonging to different disciplines had taken coaching to appear for the civil services preliminary examination in 2006 under coaching scheme for entry into service for SC/ST students.
