STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE ACADEMIC SENATE:
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 read with Clause (1) of Section 11 of Statute with in the Kakatiya University Act No. 44 of 1976 the Academic Senate made a regulation for the constitution of Standing Committee of the Academic Senate. There shall be a Standing Committee of the Academic Senate consisting of:
The Vice-Chancellor	CHAIRMAN
All the Deans of Faculties	Members
Dean, College Development Council	Members
Principals of the University Colleges	Members
Five persons to be nominated by the by the Academic Senate from among its members	Members

Finance Committee
The Vice-Chancellor	CHAIRMAN
Two members of the Executive Council nominated by it	Members
Dean, College Development Council	Member
One member of the Executive Council to represent Banking or Accounting	Member
